Manchester United learn Raul Jimenez asking price

Manchester United will reportedly have to make a bid of around £90m in order to secure the services of Raul Jimenez from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.

The Mexico international has been in top form for the west Midlands outfit this season and he has bagged 23 goals and provided 10 assists in all competitions for the club.

His performances have led to suggestions that he could pursue a bigger challenge next season but Wolves are unlikely to sanction his departure on the cheap.

According to Transfer Window Podcast, the west Midlands outfit have set an asking price of around £90m and they won't entertain offers less than their valuation for the marksman this summer.

United are one of the clubs who have been monitoring the striker's proceedings over the course of the season and it appears unlikely that they will meet the price tag for the Mexican.

The Red Devils are focused on landing Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho and most of their summer budget could be spent on the Englishman, who will cost at least £100m.
