Arsenal keen on signing another Lille player?
Arsenal are reportedly keen on landing the signature of Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare during this summer's transfer window.
The Gunners have already signed Willian on a free transfer and they are set to announce the arrival of Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille.
Gabriel is the second player to join them from Les Dogues after Nicolas Pepe last summer and it appears that they could pursue another player from the French side.
According to Foot Mercato, the north London giants are keen admirers of Soumare, who turned down a club-record move to Newcastle United in January.
The midfielder has been closely tracked by the Gunners in recent years and it is reported that they are clearly in the running to land his services this summer.
Manchester United are also monitoring the player's developments, but they are not expected to prioritise a move with their main focus on bolstering the attack.
Soumare made 30 appearances for the French outfit last term, but he did not feature for Les Dogues after turning down the Magpies due to some internal reasons.
He made his comeback for the opening game of the current Ligue 1 campaign against Rennes, but managed just eight minutes off the substitutes' bench.
