Bayern won't bid for Hudson-Odoi next month

Bayern Munich are unlikely to make a fresh approach to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea during the January transfer window.

The European champions are long-term admirers of Hudson-Odoi and have previously failed with multiple bids to sign him.

Earlier last summer, they had proposed a loan deal with an option to buy for £70m, but that was clearly rejected by the Blues.

Still, the club hold an interest in the England international, but Goal.com claims that they won't make a January approach for his services.

The Bavarian giants are currently content with the options at hand and they are willing to wait until next summer before making a fresh move.

Hudson-Odoi has more than three years remaining on his Blues contract signed last year, but he has yet to make a significant mark.

He has suffered multiple injuries during his short career and he is currently out on the sidelines for a few weeks with a hamstring problem.

Owing to this, he has dropped down the selection order with the likes of Kai Havertz and Timo Werner taking advantage of his absence.
