Arsenal's January transfer budget revealed
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been handed with a budget of around £20m to spend during the January transfer window.
The Gunners are prioritising outgoings this month and they have already loaned out Sead Kolasinac, William Saliba and Matt Macey.
Mesut Ozil is soon expected to leave on a free transfer, but it is revealed that may not necessarily boost the club's budget for the window.
Arteta has only £20m to spend on a creative midfielder and so far, he has not found any suitable target within the price range.
Norwich City playmaker Emiliano Buendia has been followed by the Gunners for a while, but the Canaries want around £40m to sell him.
The Championship side won't accept anything other than a straight-cash deal and that has put off the Gunners from making a move.
The Gunners are currently 11th on the Premier League table with 26 points. They have recently found form with three victories on the bounce.
