Arsenal have zero chance of keeping Real Madrid star - Guillem Balague
Spanish journalist Guillem Balague has said that Arsenal have zero chance of signing Martin Odegaard on a permanent deal in the summer.
The Norwegian joined the Gunners on loan during the winter transfer window and the deal will expire at the end of the season.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has previously talked up a possible permanent deal for Odegaard, but Balague believes that won't happen.
He added that Los Blancos are focused on building a team for the future using some of the players, who are presently out on loan.
"Zero, I think. Real Madrid need to build a future based on the youngsters that they bought," he told in his Youtube channel.
Odegaard played 10 minutes of the Premier League win at Southampton, but he did not take the field in the loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He will be hoping for more playing time when the Gunners face Aston Villa in Saturday's early kick-off in the Premier League.
