Arsenal defender linked with Paris Saint-Germain transfer

Hector Bellerin news

Bellerin wanted by Paris Saint-Germain

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin could head for the exit door when the transfer window reopens this summer.

The Spaniard has been with the Gunners since 2011 when he arrived from the La Masia academy at Barcelona.

Over the past seven years, he has accumulated more than 225 appearances for the Gunners and he is now the vice-captain.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Gunners on multiple occasions and CBS Sports claims he could leave this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain were eager to sign him during last summer's transfer window but they were put off by the £35m price tag.

They may return for his services in five months' time but it is claimed that they could face competition from Barcelona and two Serie A sides.

The Gunners are likely to offload multiple first-team stars this summer in order to recoup funds for a spending spree.

Bellerin will have two more years on his contract when the season concludes and the club may be tempted to sell him for a reasonable price.
