Gary Neville says Manchester United should sign 27-goal striker
Gary Neville believes Manchester United should move for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer.
The Norwegian is regarded as one of Europe's best young strikers and he has netted 27 goals from as many games this term.
His current deal with Dortmund has a release clause worth £68m, but that only becomes active at the end of next season.
Still, there are suggestions that Dortmund could sell him this summer for a significant higher transfer fee of around £100m.
United are one of the sides who have been credited with an interest and during a Q&A session on Twitter, Neville mentioned his name.
A United fan asked him whom he would sign for the Red Devils this summer and his answer was simply 'Haaland'.
Haaland is also on the radar of Manchester City, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Cityzens are reckoned by many as the favourites to sign him. They are aiming to land a replacement for Sergio Aguero.
