Arsenal interested in signing €40m Serie A striker

Arsenal are reportedly among the clubs interested in signing Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic during the summer transfer window.

The Serbian has enjoyed an impressive third season with La Viola where he has contributed 12 goals and two assists from 27 league outings.

His contribution has been key to the club staying clear of the relegation zone and Calciomercato claims that he is attracting plenty of interest.

Meanwhile, a separate report from Tuttomercatoweb claims that the Serie A outfit could accept offers of more than €40m for the marksman.

It is added that 21-year-old won't demand a significant salary and he is prepared to accept a package of around €48,000-a-week.

The Gunners are currently uncertain over the futures of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah whose contracts expires in June next year.

There is a possibility of both players leaving this summer. Vlahovic has been identified as a potential option to bolster the frontline.

Vlahovic has six caps with Serbia while scoring on two occasions.
