Real Madrid make Odegaard transfer decision
Real Madrid won't entertain the permanent departure of Martin Odegaard, who is currently on loan with Arsenal.
The Norwegian joined the Gunners in January, and he has impressed in his 14 appearances, scoring a couple of goals.
The Gunners are looking at the prospect of a permanent deal, but AS claims that Los Blancos won't welcome any offers.
The hierarchy consider Odegaard as a huge part of their future plans. They regard him as a long-term replacement for Luka Modric.
Odegaard's current deal with Los Blancos expires in June 2023, but the club are likely to reward him with a new contract this summer.
Meanwhile, reports elsewhere claim that the Gunners may propose to sign Odegaard on loan for the second year running.
They have formed a good working relationship with Los Blancos, and re-signed Dani Ceballos on loan for a second season last summer.
Earlier last month, Odegaard said that he wants stability and development in his career.
