Chelsea striker weighing up multiple Serie A offers
Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is reportedly considering multiple contract offers from the Serie A.
The 34-year-old has hardly played for the Blues in recent months, and it is quite that he has no future with the club.
His current contract expires at the end of June, and he is free to negotiate a pre-contract with an overseas club.
According to Tuttosport, Giroud has plenty of transfer interest from the Serie A with Inter, Napoli and Lazio keen on signing him.
Inter are managed by former Blues boss Antonio Conte, and they are considered as the front-runners to sign the Frenchman.
The Nerazzurri could offload either Lautaro Martinez or Romelu Lukaku this summer in order to balance their books.
They are looking for an experienced, but low-cost option to fill the void. Giroud fits the bill with his physical presence being an added boost.
The 2018 World Cup winner has played just 13 minutes of Premier League football since the beginning of March.
