Arsenal without key striker for Newcastle United clash
Arsenal have confirmed that Alexandre Lacazette won't feature in tomorrow's Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
The Frenchman has recently recovered from a hamstring injury, but he has yet to return to full training with his teammates.
Ahead of tomorrow's game, the Gunners have confirmed that Lacazette will be unavailable for the trip to St James' Park.
The striker is working on his fitness, and could return for the second leg of the Europa League semi-final tie against Villarreal.
The Gunners suffered a disappointing 2-1 defeat at El Madrigal on Thursday, but they managed to grab a crucial away goal.
A solitary goal without conceding at the Emirates Stadium would be sufficient to see them through to the final.
Apart from Lacazette, Kieran Tierney, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and David Luiz could start against Villarreal.
Tierney and Luiz have recovered from respective knee injuries to provide a timely injury boost for the Gunners.
Both defenders could feature against the Magpies tomorrow.
