Chelsea ready to offload striker?

Chelsea could reportedly sanction the departure of Tammy Abraham during the forthcoming transfer window.
The Englishman has netted 12 goals for the Blues this term, and he is their joint top-scorer alongside Timo Werner.
However, he has played just 17 minutes of first-team football since March, and he has been left out of recent matches.
According to ESPN, the striker is weighing up his options after becoming out-of-favour under manager Thomas Tuchel.
Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard in January, and Abraham was initially in the German's plans in all competitions.
The German is eyeing an elite striker during the summer, and has his sights on Romelu Lukaku and Erling Haaland.
Abraham could be offloaded for around £36m to recoup funds for the purchase of a new centre-forward ahead of next season.
The Blues graduate is attracting interest from Arsenal, Aston Villa, Leicester City, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Hammers have been touted as favourites to sign him, but manager David Moyes has raised doubts due to the price tag.
