Manchester United to swap duo for Harry Kane?
Manchester United to swap duo for Harry Kane?
Manchester United could offer Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard in a potential summer deal for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.
Kane has reportedly revealed his desire to leave Spurs this summer, which has caught the radar of several European clubs.
Barcelona, Chelsea, United, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with the England international.
According to Football Insider, United are unlikely to afford a straight-cash deal for Kane with Spurs set to demand £150 million.
However, they could propose a part-exchange this summer with Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard moving in the opposite direction.
Martial has struggled for form this term. Edinson Cavani, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood have led the line ahead of him.
Meanwhile, Lingard barely played for them, but has revived his career with a short-term loan move to West Ham United.
Both players are unlikely to have futures with the club, and United will hope to convince Spurs with a swap deal for Kane.
