Arsenal make Matteo Guendouzi transfer decision
Arsenal are prepared to sanction the permanent departure of Matteo Guendouzi during the forthcoming transfer window.
Guendouzi joined the Gunners from Lorient in the summer of 2018, and he made 82 appearances in his first two seasons.
However, he was deemed surplus to requirements by manager Mikel Arteta last summer, and was loaned out to Hertha Berlin.
He will enter the final year of his Gunners contract next month, and ESPN claims that he is set to be offloaded this summer.
Arteta dropped Guendouzi after his altercation with Brighton & Hove Albion's Neal Maupay in June last year, and there appears no reconciliation.
Marseille are favourites to sign the France under-21 international, and the Gunners are likely to demand around €10m.
Aside from Guendouzi, Lucas Torreira is expected to be offloaded after spending the previous campaign on loan at Atletico Madrid.
He is attracting interest from Boca Juniors, but it is unclear whether the Argentine outfit can meet the transfer demands.
