Crystal Palace keen on signing Chelsea midfielder
Crystal Palace are reportedly keen on landing the signature of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
Gallagher signed a new deal with the Blues last summer, but he was instantly loaned out to West Bromwich Albion.
He managed two goals and two assists in 30 league appearances, but was unable to prevent them from relegation.
According to football.london, he is likely to leave the Blues permanently this summer in the quest for regular game time.
Palace are on a rebuilding job after the release of 22 players, and have their sights on landing the Blues graduate.
Gallagher could be available for around £15 million. He could be reunited with Frank Lampard at the south London club.
Palace have made contact with the former Chelsea boss for the managerial role, which is vacant after Roy Hodgson's exit.
Nuno Espirito Santo was recently the top candidate, but the deal broke down due to the wage demands of the Portuguese.
