Chelsea to swap Callum Hudson-Odoi for Champions League winner?
Chelsea are looking at the prospect of swapping Callum Hudson-Odoi for Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman.
Hudson-Odoi has dropped down the pecking order over the past 18 months, and he was largely an unused substitute earlier this year.
According to L'Equipe, the Blues are open to parting ways with their graduate, and they could offer him in a potential deal for Coman.
Bayern were admirers of Hudson-Odoi two years ago. They failed with four bids to sign him - the highest of those being £35m.
They are not interested in signing him at the moment, and the Blues may have to negotiate a straight-cash deal for Coman this summer.
Coman has entered the final two years of his contract. He is reportedly demanding a 100 per cent rise on his £7.7m annual wages.
Bayern have declined the request, and they are open to selling him if any club meets their reported £77m price tag in the coming weeks.
Coman, who scored the Champions League-winning goal against Paris Saint-Germain in 2020, is also on the radar of Liverpool.
