Crystal Palace looking to sign Arsenal winger?

Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in pursuing Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson on a season-long loan.

The 21-year-old recently played a cameo in the Premier League loss at Brentford, but he is free to leave on loan.

According to The Sun, the Gunners want to extend Nelson's contract expiring in June 2023 before loaning him out.

The winger will have the freedom to choose his club, and the Eagles are hopeful of winning the race to sign him.

Patrick Vieira has a good relationship with the Gunners after a superb playing career at the north London giants.

Aside from Nelson, the Frenchman has his sights on several other young players at the club including Eddie Nketiah.

Nketiah is currently sidelined with an ankle injury, but he is among the players under consideration for a transfer.

The Eagles have one domestic loan spot available. Nketiah may leave permanently as his contract expires in 11 months.

He is also on the radar of Brighton & Hove Albion.
