Pogba to delay contract decision

Manchester United have become increasingly concerned that Paul Pogba could head for the exit door next summer.

The 28-year-old will enter the final six months of his deal in January, and he has yet to hold talks over a possible renewal.

According to AS, the Frenchman is unlikely to negotiate a pre-contract with a foreign club when the transfer window reopens.

He is prepared to delay his contract decision until April. This has got United concerned that he may prefer to leave them.

Pogba has been a substitute in back-to-back matches. He lasted for just 15 minutes against Liverpool on Sunday before his sending-off.

He was handed a straight red card for his rash challenge on Naby Keita, and he is set to be out for the next three domestic matches.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are among the elite clubs that are keeping tabs on him as they weigh up contract offers.

Madrid have been long-term admirers of him from his Juventus days. Les Parisiens have recently entered the pursuit of his services.
