Jose Mourinho wants Chelsea duo at Roma?

Roma manager Jose Mourinho has his sights on signing Chelsea duo Antonio Rudiger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek next summer.

Mourinho signed Tammy Abraham from the Blues earlier this summer. The England international has already become a key figure at the club.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Portuguese is eyeing another double raid on his former club with interest in Rudiger and Loftus-Cheek.

Rudiger has eight months left on his deal. He can sign a pre-contract with a foreign club in January. Mourinho is keen to bring him back to Roma.

Meanwhile, Loftus-Cheek has largely been a substitute for the Blues this term. With his contract expiring in June 2023, he could be on the move.

Roma made a terrific start to the Serie A campaign under Mourinho, but their performances have dropped off over the past few weeks.

They are still in the mix for the Champions League places. The club are currently fourth in the standings on goal difference.
