Wolves keen on signing Manchester United midfielder
Wolverhampton Wanderers have their sights on signing Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek in January.
The Dutchman has endured a difficult time with the Red Devils, and he has yet to start a Premier League game this season.
Owing to this, he has been axed from the Netherlands squad. There are suggestions that he could leave United this winter.
According to Birmingham Mail, Wolves boss Bruno Lage is an admirer of Van de Beek, and the club are set to make an approach.
United could be open to a potential loan deal. The West Midlands outfit are prepared to offer a lifeline for the Dutchman.
Barcelona have also been linked with the former Ajax man, who has made just five appearances during the current campaign.
Van de Beek has not complained over his situation, but it has been revealed through his agent that he wanted to leave last summer.
United blocked a loan proposal from Everton to sign him. The Merseyside outfit could also make a fresh approach in January.
