Andreas Christensen on his way to Barcelona?

Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen is reportedly close to finalising a pre-contract with Barcelona.

The Dane has snubbed a new Blues deal beyond next summer, and he can speak with foreign clubs in January.

His agent has already opened talks with Barcelona, and Sport claims that an agreement is close to being finalised.

The Blues were confident that the centre-back would extend his stay, but he recently made a surprise U-turn.

He has reportedly been lured by the interest from the Blaugrana, and they are now favourites to sign him for free.

Aside from Christensen, Blues captain Cesar Azpilicueta has also been touted to join the Catalan giants.

The Blues are reluctant to offer him a multi-year deal. He could walk away when his contract expires in June.

Antonio Rudiger is another player, who is in the final year of his contract. He is keen on joining Real Madrid.

Los Blancos have made contact with his agent, who happens to be his brother. They are willing to meet his £280,000-a-week demands.
