Barcelona keen on signing two Chelsea stars

Barcelona are keen on landing the services of Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen on pre-contract deals.

Azpilicueta and Christensen have entered the final six months of their contracts, and they are free to negotiate with foreign clubs.

The former has verbally agreed a three-season deal with the Catalan giants, and the club are now in discussions with Christensen over a summer move.

The hierarchy are working fast to avoid competition, and they are hopeful of securing pre-contracts for the duo in the coming days, as per Sport.

Christensen was close to landing a new contract with the Blues last summer, but he made a U-turn after learning of interest from the Blaugrana.

Meanwhile, Azpilicueta has been reluctant to negotiate with the Blues in recent weeks as they are not keen on meeting his contract demands.

He is eyeing at least a three-year deal, but the Blues are reluctant to offer him more than one campaign with an option for another 12 months.
