Arsenal and Man Utd handed boost in signing Belgian star

Mikel Arteta's side may have advantage in the pursuit, having already held discussions with the player's entourage in January.

Tielemans has been with the east Midlands outfit for the past three years where he has accumulated nearly 150 appearances.
