Sevilla have no plans of pursuing Anthony Martial on a permanent deal from Manchester United this summer, Football Transfers claims.

The Frenchman barely played for the Red Devils during the first half of the campaign, and he was loaned out to Sevilla in January.

Martial made a positive start with the La Liga club with one goal and one assist from four games before suffering a muscle injury.

He could soon make his comeback, but reports claim that Sevilla are unlikely to discuss a permanent deal for his services this summer.

Julen Lopetegui's side have funds to spend ahead of next season, but they are willing to prioritise other players over a move for Martial.

The club persuaded him to join during the winter transfer window, but Lopetegui has not been impressed by his overall displays.

Martial's deal with United expires in June 2024, but there is a 12-month option. The Red Devils still have time to command a good fee.
