Man Utd to swoop for 21-goal Premier League striker?

Manchester United are planning a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane during the summer transfer window.

The England star was heavily linked with Manchester City last summer, but Spurs were adamant that he was not leaving.

Kane decided to stay as a result, but he could push for an exit this summer after another trophyless season in north London.

According to The Mirror, the Red Devils are planning to revive their long-term interest in Kane as they eye an elite striker.

Erling Haaland has been a long-term target for them, but he appears likely to join Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund.

Kane made a slow beginning to the campaign amid the speculation, but he has excelled since the start of the New Year.

He has 21 goals and four assists this campaign. His displays over the past month have been relishing to watch for neutrals.

United may need to pay more than £100m to lure him this summer. He still has more than two years left on his existing deal.
