Arsenal and Man Utd want 15-goal Nigerian striker?

Arsenal and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.

The Nigeria international has been in superb form for Napoli this term, bagging 15 goals and four assists from 25 games.

His progress has caught the eye of elite European clubs, and Gazzetta claims that there is a lot of Premier League interest.

The Gunners and Red Devils are keeping tabs, and could make potential bids to sign him during the next transfer window.

Napoli are not considering his potential exit this summer, but may change their stance if they receive something around €100m.

Elsewhere, the Gunners are deemed as favourites to sign Osimhen, having saved funds from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's exit.

They managed to ease their wage bill through his release in January, and are expected to go on another spending spree this summer.

It is reported that they will have a 'substantial budget' before next season as they could possibly be playing in the Champions League.
