West Ham set asking price for Declan Rice

West Ham United are set to demand a staggering £150 million for Declan Rice amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
The England international is one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League. He has taken his game to the next level this term.
While Rice has been hugely impressive with his defensive qualities, he has also chipped in with four goals and four assists this campaign.
Hence, he has become the perfect all-round midfielder, and the Hammers appear desperate to keep hold of him beyond the summer.
According to The Daily Mail, the Hammers are reluctant to lose their prized asset amid long-standing interest from Chelsea and United.
They will only entertain bids of around £150m for the holding midfielder. It is highly unlikely that any club will meet their transfer valuation.
Rice is currently contracted to the Hammers until June 2024 with the option for another 12 months. He has no plans to renew his deal.
