Declan Rice keen on joining this Premier League club

West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has the clear preference to rejoin Chelsea despite interest from Manchester United.
The England international has developed into one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League.
His progress has caught the radar of several elite clubs, but it is well known that the Blues are trying to re-sign him.
Rice was released from the Blues academy at the age of just 14. The 23-year-old is now said to welcome a reunion.
However, the Hammers are set to make it difficult for the Blues once more. They will demand a hefty £150m for Rice.
The figure should put off the Blues from making an offer for at least another campaign, but Rice could leave in future.
His current contract expires in June 2024, but there is an option for another 12 months. Rice has no plans to renew.
The Hammers could be tempted to cash in on him in 15 months' time, suppose he continues to dismiss contract talks.
