Chelsea are open to sanctioning the sale of Hakim Ziyech to AC Milan this summer, according to Calciomercato.

The Morocco international joined the Blues with huge expectations two years ago, but has struggled to make sufficient impact.

With just 14 goals and 10 assists from 83 games, he has been disappointing and it appears he could head for the exit door soon.

The Blues are prepared to hold a fresh round of negotiations with Milan next week in order to finalise the winger's departure.

Ziyech has already given the green light for the transfer, and it is claimed that Thomas Tuchel also has no qualms over his exit.

It remains to be seen whether the Rossoneri are prepared to pay a fee up front. The Blues are reluctant to accept a loan deal.

The west London giants want to recoup transfer funds from player sales in order to boost their spending spree this summer.

Marcos Alonso could also leave the club in the coming days.
