Arnautovic agent admits big club offer
Reported Manchester United target Marko Arnautovic looks set for a return to the Premier League, after prior spells with Stoke City and West Ham. It is Man Utd who are supposedly in pole position to secure the Austrian forward's signature, after the player's agent admitted that a "big club" is in the race to sign his client.
Arnautovic is currently playing in Serie A for Bologna, and the Italian giants look set to lose their star striker for a fee of around 8 million euros prior to the transfer window ending this month.
Arnautovic was a hero to many at West Ham, before leaving for China in controversial circumstances three years ago.
Danijel Arnautovic, who serves as the player's agent and is also his brother, told reporters in Austria, "It is true that there is an offer from a well-known club. I’m in contact with Bologna to see if that can be realised.”
The player has admitted that he would like to return to England and the chance to play for Man Utd at this stage of his career would be almost impossible to turn down.
