Liverpool plan big-money move for Bundesliga star

Liverpool will reportedly make an attempt to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham next summer.

The England international is widely regarded as one of the best young midfielders in world football, and could leave Dortmund soon.

The Bundesliga outfit are optimistic of keeping him beyond 2023, but Bild claim that they may not resist his sale for a significant offer.

A package of around €100 million could persuade them to sell and Liverpool have now emerged as one of the potential transfer candidates.

Real Madrid and Manchester United are also admirers of the former Birmingham City graduate. United wanted him before he left the Blues.

Bellingham was happy to join Dortmund back then with the assurance of game time, but he could be set for a big-money move next summer.

Liverpool could possibly lose both Naby Keita, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on free transfers at the end of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Jordan Henderson is also entering the final phase of his career, and the Reds seem prepared to spend big on Bellingham's services.
