Chelsea to finally move for West Ham star?
Chelsea have been touted to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice during next summer's transfer window.
The England international started his youth career with the Blues, but he was released from their academy at just 14 years of age.
Rice has since gone on to establish himself as a leading star with the Hammers and he has been tipped to leave them at some point.
He will enter the final two years of his contract next summer and Bild believe the Blues could finally get their hands on his services.
Owner Todd Boehly is prepared to spend big on the midfield. He has his sights on landing both Rice and Dortmund's Jude Bellingham.
Rice has been quiet regarding his future plans, but the situation should become clearer next summer if he does not pen an extension.
West Ham United wanted a staggering £150 million for him last year, but they may lower their price tag at the end of the campaign.
