Guardiola praises Man Utd

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola believes Manchester United are making good progress under the guidance of Erik ten Hag.

The Red Devils made a poor start to the season with two defeats, but they have since recovered to pick up 20 points from the next 10 games.

Guardiola has now lauded the improvement made over recent weeks and feels the Red Devils are 'coming back' after a few difficult seasons.

He said: "I have the feeling that United is coming back. Finally! United is coming! I saw signals yesterday (against Sheriff Tiraspol) and in the game against Chelsea in the first half."

United are presently sixth in the standings with 20 points on the board. They can go within one point off the top four with a win tomorrow.

The Red Devils are scheduled to entertain West Ham United at home and should fancy their chances of coming on top against the Hammers.

Hammers manager David Moyes has never beaten any of the so-called 'big six' in a Premier League match away from home.
