Man Utd's stance on Joao Felix revealed

Manchester United are only prepared to pay a small loan fee to sign Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix this month.

The Red Devils are eyeing a new striker at the moment and it has been reported that Felix is one of the top targets.

Atletico are open to offloading him on loan, but they want a staggering €15m fee on top of his wages being paid fully.

United have no plans of paying such a sum and they are only willing to land the player if Atletico accept a low fee of €4m.

Hence, it appears unlikely that the Red Devils will sign the Portuguese star this winter and they may have to look elsewhere.

Bayern Munich's Eric Choupo-Moting is an option for the Red Devils, but the German champions may refuse to sell him.

He has entered the last six months of his deal, but Bayern may still play hardball, given his excellent form this season.

The Cameroon star has 14 goal contributions for Bayern this term.
