Arsenal to sign Leandro Trossard
Arsenal have reached an agreement with Brighton & Hove Albion to sign Leandro Trossard, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Belgian has had a fine season with the Seagulls in the Premier League, registering seven goals and three assists from 16 games.
Trossard has been on the radar of the Gunners in the past and it is now confirmed that they have finalised his transfer from the Seagulls.
The north London giants have agreed to pay around £21 million up front for the 28-year-old with another £6m in the form of add-ons.
Trossard has already taken the flight to London. He is expected to undergo his medical test in the coming hours before penning a long-term deal.
The Gunners may want him registered by 12pm GMT on Friday such that he can make the matchday squad against Manchester United on Sunday.
Trossard should be a quality option to call up from the bench with his impressive form as well as valuable Premier League experience
