Spurs to let Lucas Moura leave for Everton
Tottenham have told Brazilian forward Lucas Moura that he is surplus to requirements at White Hart Lane, and the 30-year-old Brazilian could now move to league rivals Everton. Lucas Moura has been left on the sidelines in recent months, and manager Antonio Conte will not look to renew the former PSG man's contract, that expires in June.
With Lucas Moura seeking regular first-team football, Spurs will let him leave immediately for a fee of just £2 million, despite the player having entered the final six months of his contract at Spurs.
Antonio Conte wants a summer clear out of his squad, and faces the prospect of Harry Kane leaving White Hart Lane in search of trophies. Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for several months.
Lucas Moura moved to Tottenham in 2018, playing 145 times for the club, and scoring 19 Premier League goals.
Frank Lampard will be hoping that, should he keep his job at the Toffees, Lucas Moura will be the player to help maintain the club's Premier League status.
