Arsenal planning late swoop for Youri Tielemans?

Arsenal are reportedly planning a late swoop for Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans before the transfer deadline.
The Belgian was mentioned as a top target for the Gunners last summer but they eventually decided against meeting the £40m price tag.
Tielemans has now entered the final six months of his deal and 90min claim that the Gunners could make another approach.
Arsenal have been unsuccessful in signing Brighton & Hove Albion's Moises Caicedo so far and Tielemans is said to be the alternative.
The 25-year-old is a completely different player compared to Caicedo, but his vast Premier League experience would suit the Gunners.
Tielemans started his career as a holding midfielder, but over the past few years, he has been transformed into a regular number eight.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal can convince the Foxes. Leicester City are likely to hold out for a lucrative fee to part ways with him.
The Midlands outfit are not looking at his potential exit at the moment as they need as much quality as possible to avoid relegation.
