Arsenal to sign new centre-forward this summer?

Arsenal could reportedly sign a new centre-forward during the summer transfer window.

The north London giants have had a tremendous Premier League season and they are currently top of the table with 14 games to play.

Regardless of what happens from now on, manager Mikel Arteta is set to be backed with huge funds for the next transfer window.

A new midfielder and a centre-back are among priorities for the club but David Ornstein claim that a new striker could be targeted.

The Gunners currently have Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah as their main strikers while Folarin Balogun is also excelling on loan.

Despite this, Arteta seems to be eyeing another striker. This may mean that Nketiah could be shown the exit door in the summer.

Balogun could also be sold by the hierarchy on the back of his impressive loan stint with Reims where he has scored 16 goals.

Juventus' Dusan Vlahovic and Atalanta's Rasmus Hojlund are strikers under the club's consideration for the next transfer window.
