Man Utd enter talks to sign Bundesliga forward
Manchester United have opened talks with the representatives of Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram.
The Red Devils were heavily linked with the Frenchman in January and they are now prepared to sign him on a free transfer.
Thuram's current deal expires at the end of the season and Calciomercato claim that United have already contacted his camp.
The Frenchman has yet to make a decision over his future and could potentially wait until the summer to do so.
Apart from United, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have also expressed an interest in signing the attacker.
Thuram, who can play on the left wing or up front, has been in superb form for his club this term with 14 goals and four assists.
He has a dream of playing in the Champions League again and this could play a huge part in his next destination this summer.
Thuram has also been linked with Chelsea but they seem to have cooled their interest after bolstering their attack in January.
