Arsenal close to Ben Arfa deal?

There have been reports on Saturday morning that Arsenal have clinched the signing of Lyon and France international midfield wizard Hatem Ben Arfa for an estimated £16 million.
Arsene Wenger has been chasing the Tunisian-born player for over a year, and it seems that the Gunners boss has agreed a move for the player with Ben Arfa's club Lyon.
Rumours began circulating that the Gunners were interested in Ben Arfa in January, and after the demise of the Gunners' Premiership challenge, Wenger has been on the look out for a couple of players to add to his squad for next season.
The Sun has reported that the fee is around £16 million, and that the Gunners fended off interest from Man Utd and Chelsea to land the player.
