Chelsea and Man Utd battling for Serie A striker?
Chelsea and Manchester United could go head-to-head to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen at the end of the campaign.
The Nigerian has been in fantastic form for the Naples outfit this season, bagging 25 goals from just 29 appearances.
His progress has caught the eye of Chelsea and United and Tuttosport cite that they could battle it out for his signature.
Osimhen has publicly confirmed that he would like to play in the Premier League during the prime of his career.
However, Napoli are unlikely to let him go on the cheap and they are expected to demand close to £130 million.
Chelsea and United have the financial capacity to afford the striker but they may want to negotiate long-term payments.
With both clubs close to their Financial Fair Play limits, they may not be in a position to pay most of the transfer fee up front.
Osimhen has also been linked with Paris Saint-Germain, but he could give preference to a move to the Premier League.
