Tottenham want to sign young Chelsea defender

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined Liverpool in the race to sign Chelsea defender Levi Colwill this summer.
The centre-back is regarded as one of the best talents at Chelsea but he has yet to make his breakthrough with the first-team.
He was loaned out to Brighton & Hove Albion last summer and it is uncertain whether he could break into the Blues' plans.
It is now reported that Spurs have joined Liverpool in the race to land Colwill, who may want regular first-team football.
Colwill has two years remaining on his Chelsea contract and he has not shown any desire to pen an extension with the club.
He is expected to hold talks with the new manager this summer and could push for an exit if there is no assurance of minutes.
Apart from Colwill, the Blues could also part ways with Conor Gallagher, Mason Mount and Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the summer.
After the extravagant spending over the last year, the Blues need to balance their books with player sales before purchasing again.
