Chelsea in for Hojlund?

Chelsea are reportedly monitoring Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund ahead of a possible approach during the summer transfer window.

The Blues have invested over £600m on player deals over the past year and the spending could continue at the end of the season.

A new striker is one of the top priorities for the club and The Telegraph claim that they are keeping tabs on highly-rated Hojlund.

The Denmark international has eight goals and three assists in his debut Atalanta season but he has a much higher potential.

The 20-year-old has exceptional pace on the counter-attack, likes to win regular ground and aerial duels and is a wonderful left-footed finisher.

His playing style has led to comparisons with Erling Braut Haaland and Chelsea seem keen on prising him away from Bergamo this summer.

He won't come on the cheap with a price tag of more than £45m but the Blues could still invest in him with a view to long-term success.
