Arsenal planning £75m bid for top Chelsea target
Arsenal are reportedly preparing a renewed bid to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer.
The Ecuadorian was a top target for the Gunners in January, but the Seagulls were adamant that he was not for sale.
According to London World, the Gunners are now planning a fresh approach and they are willing to pay £75 million.
It is unclear whether Brighton will accept the proposal, but it is claimed that Caicedo will leave them in the coming weeks.
Caicedo signed a new deal with the Seagulls earlier this year, but he has an agreement to leave for a big fee this summer.
Aside from the Gunners, Chelsea are also interested in signing the youngster, who only made his PL debut last year.
Caicedo has been brilliant with his distribution and defensive involvements. He could become a world-class star in future.
Arsenal have an ambitious plan of pairing him with Declan Rice at the heart of their midfield ahead of the 2023/24 season.
