Erik ten Hag provides return date for Rasmus Hojlund
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has hinted that summer signing Rasmus Hojlund could make the squad versus Arsenal next month.
The Denmark international joined the Red Devils from Atalanta for £64m up front, but he has yet to make his debut due to a back problem.
Hojlund has been working on his fitness individually over recent weeks and Ten Hag has today confirmed that he is back in team training.
The Nottingham Forest game on Saturday will come too soon for him, but he could be available for the away trip to Arsenal in a week's time.
Hojlund is likely to be handled with caution after his recent injury, and he could make his debut off the bench at the Emirates Stadium.
United have started their campaign in an unconvincing fashion. They were lucky to beat Wolves 1-0. The latter were denied a clear-cut penalty.
Against Tottenham Hotspur, they were dominated in the second half as they succumbed to a 2-0 loss. Ten Hag will expect a better showing tomorrow.
