Man Utd suffer double injury blow vs Luton Town

Manchester United have suffered a double blow with Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund sustaining injuries against Luton Town.

Eriksen was substituted before the break after an awkward fall. The Dane limped off the field to be replaced by Mason Mount.

Meanwhile, Hojlund was taken off before the full-time whistle after suffering a hamstring injury. Both will need to be assessed.

There is no exact timescale for their recoveries, but United will be hoping that the duo will return following the international break.

United have a tough schedule after the internationals with potentially tricky away trips to Everton, Galatasaray and Newcastle United.

Eriksen and Hojlund are expected to withdraw from Denmark duty after the untimely setbacks against Luton over the weekend.
