'Very good news': Mikel Arteta confirms defender is fit to face Lens

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Ben White is fit to face Lens in the Champions League tomorrow.
The England international missed the Burnley clash before the international break with a muscle injury. He was only a late substitute at Brentford last weekend but could make the XI on Wednesday.
White was absent from full training earlier in the day, but speaking in his press conference, Arteta revealed that he is available for the game, having trained the day before the Brentford trip.
He said: "He trained the day before the Brentford game and was feeling good, I think he’ll be available for this game. That’s very good news for us".
White has been an undisputed starter at right-back when fully fit. However, there is no guarantee that he will reclaim his spot with the impressive form of Takehiro Tomiyasu this campaign.
The Japanese star has overcome his injury issues from recent seasons and he is currently in the best phase of his career and has been consistent from different defensive positions this term.
