Erik ten Hag confirms surgery for key Man Utd star

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Victor Lindelof will be sidelined until the New Year following a surgery.
The Sweden international has been a key player for the Red Devils in central defence but he won't be available for the next two weeks.
The news was confirmed in today's press conference and this has left United short in the central defensive department until January.
Aside from Lindelof, Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez are also injured. Both defenders will only return to action next month.
Jonny Evans partnered Raphael Varane in the heart of the defence against Liverpool. The same could be the case against West Ham.
The Red Devils travel to the London Stadium for tomorrow's early kick-off and it promises to be an exciting affair with vulnerable defences.
United have beaten West Ham in five of the previous six occasions. Their only loss came at the London Stadium back in May this year.
