Chelsea owners to invest on two signings in January
Chelsea owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali are prepared to invest on two signings to rescue the club's season.
The west London giants have been poor in the Premier League once again and they are currently 10th in the standings.
They need a huge turnaround in the second half of the campaign and The Mail claim that there will be funds to spend.
The Blues owners are aware that the club need a new striker and a left-back this winter and are willing to pay the fee.
The big question is whether the Blues can get the right centre-forward. Victor Osimhen is unlikely to leave Napoli this month.
The same is the case with Ivan Toney at Brentford. Chelsea may have to pursue a deal for Stuttgart star Serhous Guirassy.
He has a low release clause of €17.5m in his contract. There are a number of clubs vying for his signature at the moment.
There are no clear-cut left-back targets for the Blues, as things stand.
