Erik ten Hag confirms triple injury boost for Spurs game
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a triple injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday evening.
The Red Devils will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League this weekend and ahead of the game, they have been handed good news on the fitness front.
In today's presser, Erik ten Hag revealed that a number of players including Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw have returned to training, but refused to confirm their availability.
However, he added that Christian Eriksen and Amad Diallo should be available after recovering from respective illnesses while Antony is also expected back after an adductor issue.
United face a must-win encounter this weekend, having dropped three points at Nottingham Forest last time around. They are already nine points behind the top-four positions.
The club need to build a winning streak in the coming weeks to have any chance of qualifying for the Champions League next season.
